The Jamaica Food and Drink Kitchen brought its Off the Menu series to a spectacular close on Thursday with a grand finale featuring a delectable collaboration between Smirnoff and The Jamaica Pegasus Hotel. Led by Executive Chef Mark Cole, the exclusive event treated guests to a dynamic live cooking session, expertly paired with signature Smirnoff cocktails crafted by mixologist Brian Broderick.
