This holiday season, Red Stripe hosted the WE CAN Christmas Village at its 214 Spanish Town Road headquarters, celebrating entrepreneurship and local Jamaican businesses. The HR-led initiative brought together over 15 microbusinesses, including those run by employees and local entrepreneurs, creating a vibrant showcase of creativity, craftsmanship, and community spirit.

The festive marketplace buzzed with energy as stalls brimmed with everything from fashion-forward clothes and shoes to luxurious organic skincare, fragrant candles, and artisanal soaps, including a creative Red Stripe beer bar soap by local skincare company Ansah. Employees explored rows of thoughtfully crafted goods – Christmas cakes rich with tradition, chic custom-made bags, home essentials like sheets and curtains, and hair care products to suit every need.

Vendors shared stories of passion and purpose, applauding Red Stripe’s commitment to fostering opportunities for local businesses – especially those nurtured by their own team members.

With the scent of Christmas in the air, the hum of community spirit, and the sound of Christmas carols, Red Stripe highlighted that supporting microbusinesses goes beyond shopping – it uplifts, inspires, and fosters growth.
