Stocks Round Up | Ciboney, Jetcon and First Rock Capital USD top advancers

The Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) Combined Index closed on Friday on a winning note.

The moderate trading ended with an advance/decline ratio of 30/39.

The JSE Combined Index declined by 1,178.67 points or 0.30 per cent to close at 389,342.47

The JSE Main Market Index was down 1,046.02 points or 0.27 per cent to close at 390,476.71 while the Junior Market Index advanced 20.25 points or 0.73 per cent to close at 2,796.97

The JSE USD Equities Index declined 0.34 points or 0.17 per cent, closing at 199.34

Losers

JMMB Group 7.25% VR JMD Cumulative Preference Shares down 25 per cent to close at $1.38.
Palace Amusement down 17.64 per cent to close at $905.96
C&WCCU Deferred Shares down 11.06 per cent to close at $1.85
1834 Investments down 7.07 per cent closing at $0.92
Dolphin Cove down 6.92 per cent closing at $7.40

Some 16 million units valued at over $ 116 million.
