Dancehall artiste Sean Paul still sits atop the Billboard Hot 100 Chart this week, courtesy of his Cheap Thrills collaboration with pop star Sia.

The single, which ousted Drake's dancehall/Afro beat-inspired single One Dance from the number one spot, also managed to fend off stiff competition from Major Lazer's Cold Water single for another week. Cold Water, which features Justin Bieber, has climbed to the number one spot on several charts.

However, the record is yet to trump the popularity of Sean Paul's Cheap Thrills.

Tanto Metro and Devonte perhaps saw an increase in their royalty payments this week with the remake of their single, Everyone Falls In Love, breaking into the Hot 100 top 40. Released by Canadian singer/rapper Tory Lanez, the single, now titled Luv, has moved to the number 40 position.

Charly Black and Kurt Riley celebrated the single Gyal Yu a Party Animal, as it was certified Gold last week. They told The Gleaner that peaking on the Hot 100 was the ultimate goal. However, the single has since fell to number 25 on the Billboard Hot Electronic Dance chart this week.

The Billboard Reggae chart saw some changes this week with Stephen Marley falling to number two after just one week in the number one spot. Incarcerated dancehall artiste Vybz Kartel found his way back on the chart at number eight this week after falling to number 13 last week.
