The removal of pandemic restrictions appears to have created more removal of clothes as Durex, KY lubricants and Veet hair removal cream have shot up by over 20 per cent during the end of 2021, according to hygiene brand Reckitt.

Sexpert Lacey Haynes told the Sun: “Now that we’re on top of COVID, people can finally get out there again. It’s no wonder Reckitt has experienced a rise in sales of all their intimate products."

It’s an exciting time where people feel lit up again and ready to hook up.

“Lockdown was a time where sex in long-term relationships took a nosedive and where hooking up was off the cards. People are now experiencing freedom they’ve been craving for two years.”
