Suit for Kelly

Well, Kelly Osbourne's mouth or tweet has finally allegedly got her into a lawsuit. She allegedly tweeted the number of the woman her father apparently had an affair with earlier this year. Her account was also temporarily suspended by the popular site. She might very well learn her lesson. 'Watch your fingers, watch your fingers what they type. Don't type.'

InstaSnap

Instagram has developed a feature called the InstaSnap, and we can't help but wonder what other social-media site it reminds us of. Snapchat! While a few have embraced the change, many devoted Snapchat users are not really liking it, and have instead used the new forum to promote their Snapchat accounts. The lack of filters and annoying little circles at the top of the Instagram home feed are just insulting to the already great Snapchat world. So, InstaSnap, you get an A for effort, but an F for execution.

Team Jamaica Village

Last week, a video surfaced on social media of Team Jamaica's

current living condition in the Olympic Village in Rio. To say the conditions are deplorable and unacceptable would be an understatement. We were taken on a tour of the incomplete bathroom, laced with tools and concrete debris, the entrance boasting construction tools and cement, workers still in preparation mode in other rooms, as if no one has actually arrived in the space. Let's just hope this

doesn't affect their performance.

RIP, former Miss Jamaica Universe Shakira Martin

Last week, rumours circulated that former Miss Jamaica World Shakira Martin was being placed on life support in her battle with sickle cell. Hours later, it was revealed that the beauty queen had lost the war, suffering an untimely death due to complications. Scores of friends, well-wishers and supporters took to social media to pay tribute to the beauty queen. May your beautiful soul rest in peace.

Kris Jenner's car crash

News also broke last week that Kris Jenner was involved in a car crash, and the Kardashian klan were photographed running to her rescue. Then rumour began swirling that it was Kylie Jenner who had crashed the car, and not her mother. But the young Jenner took to Twitter to clear the air, stating that she wasn't there when it happened and gave an update that everything was OK. They were right to coin the phrase 'Keeping up with the Kardashians'.
