While helping other men to look their finest, sitting in those chairs may prohibit you from looking yours. Everyone who sits at a desk will attest to packing on those pounds by just sitting down at the desk for hours.
It is easy to be so engaged in what you are doing you do not even feel the time passing by, especially if it is your true passion. But in the pursuit of passion, we need to also take care of our bodies. We understand that making clothes takes time and getting to the gym might not be easy.
However, you can use your worst fitness enemy - the chair - to be your actual workout partner and create a bond that your body will be thanking you for.
We solicited the expertise of Trainfit's Stokely Rose and he gave us a few demonstrations of on-chair exercises to work all your muscles.
