Simone Gordon is a woman of many hats. Not only is she a fashion designer, but a textile creator and an innovative accessory inventor. Growing up, she saw her grandmother and mother sewing for a living. With a keen interest, she decided to adopt the craft and make it her own.
“My inspiration comes from almost anything. As a designer, you never know when inspirations will come. For me, it’s mostly when I’m alone or taking a break,” explained Gordon.
She has always dabbled in art of accessories; however, she debuted her first accessory line in 2012 on the catwalk of Saint International’s Style Week. “My accessories line consists of earrings, necklaces, bracelets and all types of bags,” said Gordon.
Every piece of garment and accessory is made with special care and consideration of how the final look and feel is supposed to be. Each accessory is unique, eclectic, and is a definite statement piece.
“When you look good, you feel good. I want women to feel confident when wearing T&T Fashion. Confidence with what you are wearing is very important. Feel the LOVE, while we put the pieces together,” she said.
