The international pizza franchise has graced our green shores with their palatable presence, officially opening at the improved Manor Centre last Monday. To sweeten the deal, they've also brought Popeyes to their new home, adding a taste of Cajun to the mix.

Regional manager of Restaurants Associates Limited (operators of Burger King, Popeyes and Little Caesars in Jamaica), Sabrena McDonald Radcliffe, had a chat with Food about the two-in-one hot and spicy combination.
"This is a great location, so when the opportunity came, we seized it," she explained, with a laugh.
"We wanted to bring great options to the neighbourhood, and Burger King is already up the road, so we wanted to bring the whole family together," she added.
They unofficially opened their doors on Christmas Eve, and the reception so far, according to McDonald Radcliffe, has been nothing short of phenomenal. "Little Caesars is not only original, but also delicious. Our hot and ready pizzas are always readily available, our grand deal ($1,000 for any large pepperoni or cheese pizza) happens every day, and the prices are below everyone else in the pizza market, while people love the authentic Cajun and Mardi Gras flavour of Popeyes. So come and try our hot and ready pizzas and savour the Cajun flavour today."
Excitement

Excitement erupted on the outskirts of the plaza, as free samples were given to eager taste buds. Following formalities hosted by the energiser bunny Jennifer 'Jenny Jenny' Small, and performances from the Ashe Company, Mayor of Kingston Delroy Williams did the honours of cutting the ribbon. From there, specially invited guests made their way upstairs to the VIP section where they indulged in Popeyes' chicken strips and Little Caesars' pepperoni and cheese pizzas accompanied by CPJ wines.
It's safe to say taste buds in the adjoining communities are in for a treat.
