Savoury and sweet indulgence of Pasta Supreme Ja awaits

Pasta, anyone? Well, if you are a real pasta lover, then there's a mouth-watering treat for you! The ultimate premium pasta festival is here once again to take your taste buds into flavourful overdrive!
Pasta Supreme, now sponsored by Eve and powered by Serge, had its official media launch at the home of Toyota Jamaica on Old Hope Road last Friday. Media personnel, sponsors, as well as participating caterers gathered in the cosy showroom to partake in the festivities of all things pasta.

According to director of Pasta Supreme, Dominic McDowell: "The 2017 staging of Pasta Supreme will feature a much more diversified menu offering in terms of flavour profiles and meat pairings, as well as a wider selection of complimentary offerings ranging from a variety of focaccia breads that will be available in the Pizza Please Bread Basket, or the appetising soup selections at Simma's Soup Bar and the Toss & Roll Salad Bar. DAM Good Brownies will be available at the event in a variety of different forms as well: bites, kebabs, parfaits, truffles and sweet shots."
Changes made in order to create a bigger and better event this year include moving it from indoors to outdoors. The family event has also added a 'Kiddies Village' for children to enjoy while the adults eat. There will be an improved entertainment package, which will feature a live musical presentation organised by Push A Yute records. And, for an overall premium experience, there will also be a VIP lounge with access to a VIP wine and cocktail-inclusive bar, and a Paint & Sip Lounge.

There will be 10 chefs from: A-Bar Restaurant and Lounge; Ribbiz; Peckish; Akafe; KFE Catering; 876 Terrace Bar and Grill; Great House Caterers; and Fumee with Garfield Junior, who will prepare 20 scrumptious dishes with one purpose to-excite your palate!
"This year's menu will include roasted plantains with red peas cream penne pasta; curried goat pasta; creamy bechamel octopus; cheesy buffalo chicken pasta; jerked ham mac and cheese; sweet and spicy shrimp Alfredo; corned pork and ackee bow tie pasta; smoked jerk lamb penne; and parma rosa veggie pasta, just to name a few," McDowell added.

Specially invited guests got a taste of the pasta festival at its launch, and the talk of the room was that they can't wait for the real deal. So, come June 25, all roads lead to the Constant Spring Golf Club to indulge in the greatest pasta experience in Jamaica.
