Losing weight has got more exciting, with the launch of the Build a Better Body 60-Day Challenge with Soyfresh.

The campaign was launched at Emancipation Park last Thursday by World Brands Services, a division of GraceKennedy Foods. The focus of the competition is to promote the benefits of Soyfresh Soy Milk as a healthy substitute for cow's milk, especially for those who are lactose intolerant.

Hosted by the energetic Shelly-Ann Weeks, scores of Jamaicans showed up at the launch at Emancipation Park to sign up for the challenge, which started immediately with an intense warm-up session led by Weeks.

Nutritionist Dr Andre McDonald encouraged patrons by highlighting he benefits of Soy Milk. He endorsed Soyfresh as a healthy drink not just for those looking to lose weight, but also those who want to improve their overall fitness and vitality.

Patrons were also treated to delicious smoothies made perfect with Soyfresh, and goodies courtesy of the campaign's partnering brands Vitamalt, 876 Water, and This is Really Great Yogurt.

The event peaked when fitness instructor Neil Clarke wowed the crowd with a free workout session. The Build a Better Body 60 Day Challenge will run until April 8, 2017. The participant who loses the most weight will walk away with a 90-day membership from Express Fitness. The second-place prize is a gift certificate, courtesy of Western Sports, and the third-place winner will receive a stationary bicycle.
