"I came here on vacation in 2010 and I saw that Port Antonio is very beautiful, but it was lacking in a variety of food, and as an Italian, after a few days of rice and peas and chicken, I realised Port Antonio needed something different," Pedrolio told Food.

"You should come to the Italian Job if you want something that is not average. The food is great and you will find that the difference between Jamaican and Italian foods is in the flavours. Jamaican food is very spicy and almost aggressive, but Italian food is not as spicy and you will taste all the ingredients in the meals."
