Putting their flair on classic Italian dishes, the Cajun Pasta dish is a must-have for patrons. "We do authentic Italian food and a lot of persons requested chicken pasta. I have a lot of faith in it, it's my personal choice, it answers the call for the chicken dish that people have been requesting," Delroy Christie, operations manager, stated.

As for the service, Christie believes it is second to none.

"Service and food is our main priority. You can get nice places everywhere, but you can't get good food and service everywhere."
