A cool atmosphere, exotic drinks, and plates of exquisite-tasting foods are what await you at the intimate Ambassador Bar and Grill. Located conveniently at the 148 Old Hope Road, the six-year-old ambrosial oasis is one of fine flavours. Orlando 'Kemar' James , owner of the eating house and famous drinking station, told Food that the inviting environment is the perfect after- work chill spot. He welcomes all and hopes that you'll join in the delights that he offers at his business place. Especially on Friday and Saturday evenings, James promises to create an enchanting experience that you'll never forget.

"If you have any stress, when you leave here, I guarantee you will be stress free. It's also a cosy space for a romantic evening with your partner," he told Food.

The Ambassador Bar and Grill takes its customers on a sensory journey of thrilling flavours, making the journey worthwhile. The afternoon eatery opens at 5 p.m., and one-of-a-kind bar foods that first invite you to dig in through alluring aromas are its speciality.

Delicious options such as the creamy chicken pasta are destined to create satisfactory waves, inundating your palate with tastes to savour. But if you have a greater appreciation for seafood, the luscious shrimp pasta will please your palate in ways, you could not have imagined.

And it gets better. If you're yearning for a meal that's lighter, the house favourites, a succulent cheese burger paired with immaculately prepared fried green plantains and barbecued wings served with French fries and greens, are your best picks. Stamp and go, too, are yours, if you please.

Hubert Henry, master mixologist at the Ambassador Bar and Grill, definitely knows how to serve up distinctive flavours. He was happy to share some of the drinks station's best- loved mixes while encouraging you to drink responsibly.

The famous and chocolaty Wicky Wacky, the refreshing Blue Diamond Martini, the signature Ambassador Rum Punch, the Classic, and all-time favourite Appleton VX Sour Mix are some options you'll surely enjoy.
