Hennessy pure pleasure cocktail

The world’s leading cognac, Hennessy, was on display at the launch of The Greens at AC Hotel in Kingston. The project saw a renovation of their pool deck area outfitted with faux plants and grass; it is slowly on its way to becoming one of the finest multi-functional spaces in Kingston. The special drink for the evening was the Hennessy Pure Pleasure cocktail which was a favourite among patrons.

The signature ingredient for this cocktail was the Hennessy Pure White edition. Pure White is a straw-gold coloured cognac complemented by the fresh floral and fruity notes of spring flowers and sweet ‘white’ fruits. The palate is a full-bodied experience of grapes, apples, pears, white flowers and honey with a hint of unripe apricots on the second nose.

INGREDIENTS

•2oz Hennessy Pure White

•3oz White cranberry juice

•Mint sprig garnish

DIRECTIONS

Build over ice in a rock glass in order: Hennessy Pure White, white cranberry juice and mint sprig for garnish. Serve and enjoy.
