With three critical Caribbean Court of Justice bills on the agenda for debate, as well as the Office of Utilities Regulation (Amendment) Act, 2015, and the Bank of Jamaica (Amendment) Act, 2015, senators apparently found more important issues to attend to on their mobile phones than what their colleagues had to say during last Friday's sitting of the Upper House of Parliament.
