Selvin Haye, Wray Palmer promoted to deputy commissioner

Assistant Commissioners of Police Selvin Haye and Wray Palmer have been promoted to the rank of Deputy Commissioner of Police.

Haye currently works at the Major Organised Crime and Anti-Corruption Agency, while Palmer is attached to the Inspectorate of the Constabulary.

The Jamaica Constabulary Force says the men have served divisions such as the Anti-Corruption Branch and the Operations Branch.

“I congratulate them on their promotion and look forward to having them play a greater role in determining the strategic direction of the Constabulary Force," said Police Commissioner George Quallo.

 I know that they will bring energy and vision to their assigned portfolios,” said Quallo.
