A new review by the University of British Columbia in the United States revealed that up to one-third of pregnant women do not believe cannabis is harmful to their foetus. The findings were published in the health journal Preventive Medicine. Researchers also found that most pregnant cannabis users were under the age of 25, and the heaviest use took place in the first trimester to treat nausea.
