Entertainer arrested in St James for breaching quarantine order

‘A mari’, whose real name is Veneice Fung-Chung, was charged after she was found in breach of a self-quarantine order.

The St James Police have arrested and charged entertainer ‘A mari’ for breaches of the Disaster Risk Management Act and for using indecent language.

The entertainer, whose real name is Veneice Fung-Chung, was charged after she was found in breach of a self-quarantine order.

According to the police, Fung-Chung was seen at several places following her arrival in the island.

‘A’mari’ also called DJ Mona Lisa lives on Kimberley Boulevard in North Lauderdale, Florida in the United States of America.

The police say she was charged with indecent language after she used expletives while speaking to investigators during an interview.

Fung-Chung is scheduled to appear before the St James Parish Court on Wednesday, August 12.
