West Indies cricket plumbs new depths

Bangladesh (508) beat the West Indies (111 and 204) by an innings and 184 runs to complete a 2-0 series win.

One man - Mahmudullah (136) - made more than all 11 West Indies batsmen in the first innings. West Indies' first innings had lasted only 51 minutes on the third morning, after resuming from 75 for 5.We were at one time 29-5, all the batsmen being bowled.
All 40 West Indies wickets in the series fell to spinners.
The only thing that brought some cheer was Hetmyer's 93 off 92 balls with nine sixes, the most by a batsman against Bangladesh.

There seems to be no pride in the maroon cap - not the kind of pride of the Australians in the baggy green.
