The weekend is over but waves of gossip have spilled over in the start of the new week. From the long awaited Super Bowl finals, to the surprise birth of Kylie Jenner’s baby, we have the highlights in this week’s Weekend Shenanigans.

Keeping up with the Kardashians 2.0: Private Pregnancy
Thought it was hard keeping up with the Kardashians? Imagine when they add the Jenners to the mix. Kylie Jenner welcomed her first child, a baby girl on February 1, and released the news over the weekend. Fan were shocked, as while there had been rumours, the pregnancy was never confirmed by the Jenner or Kardashian camps. She apologised to her fans, noting that she wanted to keep her pregnancy private.

Super Bowl
Philadelphia Eagles soared over the New England Patriots to win the Super Bowl, and many were ecstatic about the victory. But the Super Bowl saw as much touchdowns and fumbles off the field as it did on. Here’s our behind the scenes line up:

Pink Parade
Rock star Pink took to the mic giving her beautiful rendition of the United States' national anthem, in spite of having the flu. It was described as the only part of the Super Bowl worth watching, as far as performances go.

Justin Timberlake as Prince
Justin Timberlake's half-time show had a dedication to Prince, and while he and a few of his fans were pleased with the performance, many took to social media to express displeasure. Talks of bringing back Bruno Mars and Beyoncé were recommended, Well.. *womp womp womp*

Kevin Hart’s victory bomb
Did Kevin Hart pull a 'Kanye to Taylor Swift' move on the Super Bowl’s winning team post game? Yes, he did! Chalk it up to excitement but the actor/comedian could not contain his joy for his hometown team’s win, and  he attempted to crash or 'victory bomb' the players. He was met by security who rained on his parade and an argument ensued between the two. Next time, Hart, give the Eagles their time to fly.
