At 11:30 p.m., Pier One seemed unlikely to accommodate the wearers of white who flocked the venue for Tuesday’s Reggae Sumfest All-White affair. Capturing the waterfront’s breezy spirit and contemporary chic summer style, patrons who turned out were greeted with a taste of South Beach in Montego Bay.
