Heston Hutton opened the doors to his dream — Ahmeraki Cafe — on Monday at the Constant Spring Golf Club in St Andrew. Present to share in this milestone achievement were not only his family members, but also well-wishers who toasted to the success of the café, the name of which stems from the Greek word ‘meraki’ which Hutton says means “doing something with total love and pure soul. Leaving an essence of yourself into your work”, and complemented with the prefix ‘Ah’ which represents the initials of his three daughters — co-owners Amanda, Alyssa and Amelia.
