Gifting himself a ‘wholesome’ treat for his 50th birthday, Elon Parkinson, Digicel’s head of communications and government relations and now business owner, gathered family, including his mum and sister, friends, and specially invited guests such as Prime Minister Andrew Holness, at the Digicel Food Court in downtown Kingston on Sunday to witness the launch of the revamped Wholesome Café.
