Last Saturday night, the lush lawns of Rose Hall Great House in Montego Bay came alive as the tourism industry’s finest gathered for the Jamaica Hotel and Tourist Association’s (JHTA) annual fundraiser. The event was a spectacular celebration of Jamaica’s rich culinary heritage, with an array of resorts and top caterers showcasing their most delectable creations.
