Following the success of their Menopause Monday webinar series, health coach Natalie Murray and life coach Nicky Clarke are set to host their first-ever Menopause Monday Live Conference. The event scheduled for tomorrow at the Terra Nova All-Suite Hotel aims to provide essential education, support, and a sense of community for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.

Murray shared that menopause affects all women eventually with the average age of onset being 51, yet it remains an often misunderstood life stage. The certified health coach further added that many doctors still struggle with discussing and identifying perimenopause and menopause symptoms, leaving many women without proper guidance to manage and navigate this life phase. Murray and Clarke want to change this by equipping women with the tools and information they need to approach menopause with confidence and clarity.

According to the co-founders, the conference is designed for women aged 40 to 60 years old and will cover key topics such as health, fitness, emotional well-being, and mindset shifts — areas where women often lack reliable resources. This event aims to provide a clear roadmap for women to take control of their menopausal journey.

“Menopause is not a topic to be avoided — it is a crucial conversation that every woman deserves access to,” said Murray. “Through this event, we are providing a space where women can learn, connect, and feel supported on their journey.”

The event will be covering a wide range of essential topics for navigating perimenopause and menopause. From managing physical health and fitness to addressing emotional well-being and fostering positive mindset shifts, we aim to ensure that every attendee leaves with the knowledge and tools they need to embrace this phase of life.

The conference promises to provide an opportunity for women to engage in meaningful discussions, share personal experiences, and build lasting connections with others who are on a similar journey.

“Too often, the focus is on negative symptoms, but menopause can lead to personal growth and empowerment,” said Nicky Clarke, co-founder and life coach. “We want women to feel strong and in control, knowing it is just the beginning of a new, fulfilling chapter,” she added.

The co-founders shared that since launching Menopause Monday, they have connected with over 200 women, helping to empower them on their journey, and equipping them with the knowledge and resources to be better informed. “Now, we are taking this conversation live so that we can elevate that empowerment by offering both education and a supportive community.”

With participants from Jamaica, Trinidad, the United States, and Europe already benefiting from the Menopause Monday webinars, the live conference promises to build on this success by delivering practical insights and expert advice to help women thrive during menopause.
