Carpenter shot and killed in Clarendon

The Clarendon Police are investigating a murder last night in the parish, which has been rocked by violent crimes in recent weeks. 

Fifty-four-year-old carpenter, Philip Wilson, was shot and killed in York Town community. 

Residents reported hearing explosions about eight o'clock. 

The police say when they arrived, Wilson was found suffering from gunshot wounds. 

He was taken to hospital where his death was confirmed.

The police are yet to establish a motive for the killing.
