Attorney-at-Law, Don Foote, received an extension to his bail when he appeared in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court on charges of fraudulent conversion.

He was ordered to return on July 31.

Foote was charged almost two weeks ago.

The Jamaica Constabulary Force alleges that he was given $18 million to pay over to a client and did not do so.

The police say several attempts to obtain the money from Foote were unsuccessful.

His lawyer, Bert Samuels, says Foote has done nothing wrong.
