5-y-o girl, security guard killed in Seaview crash

A five-year-old girl is one of two persons killed in a motor vehicle crash in Seaview Gardens, St Andrew yesterday.
She has been identified as Neiska Webster of Phase 1 Seaview Gardens.
The other person killed in the crash is 48-year-old security guard Elizabeth Riley.
The police report that Neiska and Riley were sitting at the corner of Bald Plate Road in Seaview Gardens last evening when the driver of a pick-up fell into an open manhole and lost control of the vehicle.
They were reportedly hit by the vehicle and later pronounced dead at hospital.
The police say the driver of the vehicle has been warned for prosecution.
