'Stoosh Style Secrets' launched

Creator of Stoosh Images, Patrice DaCosta, can now add one more title to her name - author. Her new book, titled Stoosh Style Secrets, which has been in the making for two years, was launched in Barbados in July. Her Jamaican clients were introduced to the book at last month's Christmas Collection fashion show by Heather Laine, and by all accounts, everyone loves it.
It is among the first of its kind to be done by a Jamaican woman, and for women of the Caribbean and the world. DaCosta told The Gleaner that she did it to satisfy the needs of her clients who had been clamouring for it. The well sought-after fashion/image consultant said, "After each of my presentations, I would be asked by women, 'Where can we find all this information?' So I decided to write it."
The result is a compact, comprehensive and reader-friendly book that can be taken anywhere the busy female executive or fashion-savvy woman goes. DaCosta says the response has been fabulous. "It has been heart-warming for me to receive so many compliments, and I now have something to refer my audience to when I do my consultancy and seminars."
JEWELLERY LINE
The affable fashionista says she has also added a jewellery line and some cute clutch bags to her product line so that participants can purchase them on the spot or online at patrice@stooshimages.com.
Stoosh Images is now in expansion mode, spreading its wings to Trinidad (in May she wed a native of the twin-island state), Barbados and St Lucia. We are also opening our online boutique", she said, adding that she is available for corporate and personal image consultancies.
