Brooks .... said she was not a politician but made it clear that she has been paying attention to the developments on the political scene. "Stop throwing your dutty linen to the public," she said.

Evangelist Sandra Brooks has told Comrades that God expects the People's National Party (PNP) to heal the divisions within its ranks.

"A party that is divided cannot stand," Brooks said at a PNP gospel concert in front of the party's Old Hope Road offices in St Andrew Saturday night.

The PNP has been beset by squabbles mainly relating to candidate selection in  various constituencies.

PNP president Portia Simpson Miller has been telling Comrades at her various stops across the country that they should be united.

Saturday night, Brooks said she was not a politician but made it clear that she has been paying attention to the developments on the political scene.

"Stop throwing your dutty linen to the public," Brooks said.
