Little Ochi Goes to Rebel Salute

Lovers of the delectable Little Ochi seafood fare will be in for a treat  come Friday and Saturday night at the annual Rebel Salute at Grizzly’s Plantation Cove, Priory, St Ann.

“Proprietor of Little Ochi Evrol ‘Blackie’ Christian told The Gleaner that he will begin to serve up the mouth-watering fare at 4 p.m. on Friday. The menu items include: jerk fish and corn; steamed fish, foil wrapped roast fish and brown stewed fish with the usual accompaniments of bammy and festival. There is also a special vegetable soup on the menu for the diet conscious patrons.

“Prices will be great so I am looking forward to seeing everyone there to have a good time, “ Blackie said.

Rebel Salute is promising something special for marijuana lovers this year so the buzz is high. This year organisers will continue to host a festival that aims to preserve reggae music with a line-up of artistes which includes: Beres Hammond, Sanchez, Luciano, Ernie Smith, The Heptones and host of others.

Tickets can be bought at Fontana Pharmacy in Kingston, Ocho Rios and Montego Bay, Mandeville and Sav-la-Mar outlets Shazz Service Station, Total Dunrobin and Mi Hungry Whol’Some Food in Kingston.
