The men linked to two murders in Fletcher's Land in the Central Kingston Police Division last year remain on the run despite several attempts to apprehend them.

With the community recording no murders since the start of this year, the cops are determined to capture the two suspected killers before they unleash any more violence on the community.

The police say one of the suspected killers is Delroy 'Dread' Nathan, while the other is known by the alias 'Bibbi'.

"Both men are from Fletcher's Land, both murders were committed late in the year last year, and we believe that these men may have fled the community," Sergeant David Lowe of the Kingston Central Police Station told residents during a recent community meeting.

REPORT STRANGE PERSONS

Lowe urged residents with information on the two men to share this with the cops.

He further urged residents to report instances where they see strange person loitering in the community and not to welcome such individuals into their spaces.

According to Lowe, the police have received information that criminals could be migrating to the community to avoid capture.

"What we are trying to do is to forge a relationship with residents and trying to win their trust in dealing with the migratory criminals," Lowe later told The Sunday Gleaner.

"It is not an easy road, but I believe that slowly we are reaping the fruits of our labour," added Lowe.
