LASCO boss gets Peacock Award
On Saturday, April 23, businessman and philanthropist Lascelles Chin received the American Friends of Jamaica (AFJ) Peacock Award for International Achievement.
The ceremony was held at the Marriott Hotel in Miami, Florida, during the AFJ's annual charity gala. Each year, the organisation honours individuals who have distinguished themselves by demonstrating leadership in their service to Jamaica, particularly through exemplary contributions in the fields of economic development, philanthropy and strengthening the bonds of friendship between the United States and Jamaica.
