The Jamaica Public Service Company (JPS) is advising that sections of Manchester will be without electricity today.

The JPS says work crews will be carrying out emergency work to repair a conductor on transmission lines in the parish.

As a result, the JPS says there will be a disruption in electricity supply to some sections of Manchester between 10 o'clock this morning and 2 o'clock this afternoon.

The affected areas are: Spur Tree, Hatfield, Greenvale Road, sections of Mandeville, Chevley, Lincoln, Huntley, Wickwar and Balvenie.
