60-y-o pedal cyclist killed in St Elizabeth

A 60-year-old pedal cyclist was killed after he was hit by a truck yesterday along Baptist Road, Middle Quarters in St Elizabeth.

Reports from the Black River police are that Curtis Armstrong of Nugent district, Middle Quarters was riding along Baptist Road about 7:30 p.m. when he was hit by the truck. He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Investigations continue.
