Wheatley requests Flow to provide report on near islandwide outage

Technology Minister Dr Andrew Wheatley has requested a full report on the near islandwide disruption in phone and Internet service to customers of Flow.

According to Flow, which said it is investigating the incident, the disruption was traced to the phone and Internet infrastructure at its main hub site in New Kingston.

The company says service was restored to all customers by 2 p.m. yesterday.
