Police investigate murder of Mavis Bank farmer

The police are investigating the murder of a 43-year-old farmer in Mavis Bank, St Andrew, last night.
The farmer has been identified as Rupert Lumley, of Tower Hill district, in the St Andrew community.
The Constant Spring Police say about 7:40 last evening, residents heard several explosions and summoned the Police.
They say on their arrival, Lumley’s body was seen lying along a roadway with multiple gunshot wounds.
He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
