Times change, seasons change, people change, our bodies change, systems change, administrations change, generations change - everything changes. Man, in trying to hinder change, hold on to certain philosophies and put systems in place that are ultimately to their detriment. But God never changes - his principles, his precepts, his plans, his promises, and, most importantly for us, his word always remain.

People are afraid of change and because of that, only God can help us to cope with changes. Oftentimes, leaders want to pass laws and put oppressive systems in place in order to hold on to power; but regardless of what system man put in place, change will come, because one thing that remains the same is change - change never changes.

Environmental change

The very environment is constantly changing. The Word of God tells us that unless he shortens the days, the very elect would be deceived. In order for him to shorten the days, there are things that would occur on a physical level in order for that to happen. Scientists have said that the earth's axis is shifting.

" ... today, parts of the crust that carried heavy ice sheets 20,000 years ago are still slowly rising ... we dumped billions of tonnes of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, heating it along with the oceans.

"The combination of hotter atmosphere and ocean water then melted over half a trillion tonnes of ice, which flowed into the oceans. This redistribution of water shifted the north-south spin axis."

So as it stands today, we have consistently rising sea levels which brings with it changes in the oceans, on the land, and in the entire cosmos.

Technological change

Technological changes today are so rapid that the introduction of new technology is taking much shorter times. The audiocassette player was invented in 1962 and patented in the United States in 1964. The first basic compact disc was invented in 1989 and "by the early 2000s, the CD player had largely replaced the audiocassette player as standard equipment in new automobiles".

Today (still in the 2000s) we now have Bluetooth, digital downloading, flash drives, digital radio and Internet radio, among many other things.

We now have robots being trained for war, so they will be taking the jobs of the soldiers and police. We have robots which are now being developed to take the role of husbands as the head of a household.

Walmart has now tested robots that scan the shelves to check stock levels and so on. They are now poised to replace merchandisers and store clerks. Furthermore, employees in different parts of the nation, and in fact, the world, are getting the chip implanted in them.

This is the very thing that is spoken of in the Book of Revelation, and many scoffed and laughed at without recognising that this was unfolding right before our eyes.

These days, you don't need promoters, producers or even book printers. You can be your own marketing and production team, which cuts out the middle man and increases your earning potential.

Today, a phone is no longer just a 'phone' for sending and receiving calls. Today, your phone is a virtual office, and if you need to print something, there is no need for a physical connection, you can do so wirelessly. It can also be your video and audio studio.

Very shortly, the pharmaceutical, telecommunications, insurance and banking industries that have been using regulations to cause them to become legal scammers of the people will get a rude awakening.

In looking at all this, because change never changes, then man should always humble themselves. You might be on top today, but become nothing tomorrow without God's grace and mercy.

The key to dealing with change

The key to dealing with change is to understand times and seasons and what our number one focus should be. Man will only be relevant when we connect to the changer - the Holy Spirit.

Many leaders have diverted from the source that brings change, and now, despite certain physical advancements, man is regressing - yet God remains God (Malachi 3: 6a, Numbers 23: 19 and Hebrews 13: 8).

God's laws, precepts, plans and promise will always remain. No one can cancel them out. He will always be relevant and his purpose will always be. We can't legislate him out of our society, neither can we shift him out.

If knowledge is increasing and technology advancing at such rapid rates, with scammers on the rise, then very shortly no one's money will be safe anymore and that sets the stage for a truly cashless society under one world order.
