Reggae artiste Yaksta and his tour party were involved in a three-vehicle collision on a highway between Berlin and Leipzig in Germany, a short while ago.

The entertainer, whose given name is Kemaul Martin, and his tour party were on their way to the third stop of the Reggaeville Easter special tour in Berlin.

In a video obtained by The Gleaner, Yaksta was seen visibly shaken while standing with members of his video crew on the soft shoulder of the highway.

The police and ambulance were at the scene.

Artiste manager Tip God, who is in Europe with Yaksta said, “We were on our way to the Show at Astra. A black Jaguar drift into his tour bus and cause a major accident. The condition of the artiste now, we are not 100 per cent certain, but he should be OK. Everyone should be OK as well.”

Yaksta departed the island recently for the tour which also involves Dub FX featuring Mr Woodnote, Anthony B and Eek-A-Mouse.

The six-stop tour which began on March 27 in Cologne will end on April 1 in Amsterdam in the Netherlands.

Yaksta is known for songs such as Ambition, Emotions and Rich A Morning
