The Spalding police in Manchester are searching for five men who were involved in the robbery of an undermined sum of money from a supermarket and the abduction of the business' operators on Sunday.

The two Chinese nationals were later released by the hoodlums in the community of Booth Town in the parish.

It is reported that about 2 p.m., five armed men entered the Sun Mart Supermarket, located in Spalding, and held up the operators, and proceeded to rob them.

They then abducted the two persons and drove away with them in a Toyota Axio motor car.

The operators were subsequently let go.
