A 34-year-old construction worker has been charged for allegedly raping a 15-year-old girl while  working at her home in St Andrew.

Richard Bryan, of Harley Road, Kingston 11, is charged with rape and grievous sexual assault.

The Centre for Investigation of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse (CISOCA) says Brown was working at the victim's home on July 2 when he allegedly held her down in her bedroom and sexually assaulted her.

In September, Brown went back to the address to conduct repairs, where he reportedly again sexually assaulted the teen.

Bryan was charged after a question and answer session.

He is scheduled to appear before the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court on October 18.
