It is summertime! The days are long and the children are out of school with nothing to do. Summer Camps
If your children are stars in the making, Avant Academy of Music's Musical Theatre Summer Camp is the place for them. They will be exposed to the necessary skills needed in musical theatre including dance, voice, acting and performance skills. The camp runs from August 8th through to the 26 at Shortwood College. Moorlands
Moorlands Summer Camp is a Christian, residential summer camp which offers seven weeklong camp sessions for children and young adults ages 9 to 22. For generations, young people have journeyed to the cool hills of Manchester, for an amazing week where friendships have been forged, potential discovered, and memories made. Fun and adventure

River Bumpkin Farm is an eco-friendly adventure park where visitors can enjoy river tubing, river kayaking, bicycle adventures, historical walking tours, and so much more.
In the historic town of Falmouth, you can enjoy a leisurely cruise down the pristine waters of the Martha Brae, or learn about the old Retreat Sugar Estate. If you want something a bit more active, hop in a kayak and paddle the river. Both tours feature stops for their rope swing and jumps!
At the end, Island Routes' tours guides will be on hand to give you a complimentary limestone foot massage.
Rafting
Have you ever been rafting? If not, this is the summer to try it out. Rafting at Blue Lagoon in Port Antonio, Portland is the best way to see the beautiful blue waters, embrace the Jamaican scenery and experience the ride to Monkey island, where the sand is your feet's best friend. Water Park
Kool Runnings Adventure Park, located in Negril, Kool Runnings will make you feel like your in outer space. Experience weightlessness as you are strapped into the brand new 4-spin human gyroscope, which will spin you left, right, up and down for an exhilarating ride! The first of its kind in Jamaica, this is the same gyroscope utilised by NASA to prepare astronauts for space travel.
The gyroscope allows guests to bring friends and family along for the ride, as up to four persons can ride at a time.
The Adventure Zone at Kool Runnings also offers Paintball, Laser Tag, Go-Karts, Jamboo Rafting and Kayaking on the Great Morass.
