Captain of the M/V Cosco Shipping Rhine, Lei Gao (centre), accepts a plaque commemorating the vessel’s inaugural call to Kingston from the members of the Jamaica Freight & Shipping Company Limited (JFS) team of Anna Hamilton and Andrew Swaby on October 13, 2017 . The brand new 9,400 TEU capacity vessel was on its maiden voyage, having only been delivered on September 4, 2017. JFS is the exclusive agent in Jamaica for China COSCO Shipping Lines Inc, one of China’s largest carriers.
