Registration opens for Caribbean Shipping Executives’ Conference in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Registration is open for Caribbean Shipping Association’s (CSA) 21st staging of its Caribbean Shipping Executives’ Conference (CSEC) set for May 1-2 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

The conference will be held at The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort and will see hundreds of shipping and logistics executives, allied service providers and industry experts from across the world gather to discuss the state of the industry and the opportunities they present.

The keynote speaker will be founder and CEO of Henco Logistics Simon Cohen, who will present on the topic ‘High Performance, Happy People’. Cohen has a degree in international business from the Tecnologico de Monterrey and was recognised by the London Business School, which conducted a case study on his strategic business skills, as an outstanding entrepreneur in 2010.

He is the author of FULFILLED, which became a bestseller on Amazon in the leadership category .

Other topics to be discussed throughout CSEC include ‘The Sustainability of the Shipping Industry’, ‘Securing Your Supply chain’, ‘Paperless Processes – The importance, our progress and what is next…’, ‘Automation – Its impact on the Industry’, and an outlook of the cruise industry.

The two-day event also includes key networking events for participants, including a welcome reception, port tour, and social event.

Early-bird registration for the conference ends on March 24.
