Kingston College (KC) had a lot to celebrate after yesterday's Pepsi Under-14 and Under-16 finals at the Constant Spring field.

The North Street-based school captured both titles. In the Under-14 showdown, they defeated Camperdown High 2-1 and clipped Bridgeport High by a similar margin in the Under-16 final.

Victory in the Under-14 final ensured a third title in a row for KC. They went ahead in the 36th minute when Dwayne Atkinson beat two defenders then slotted past an advancing goalkeeper.

Three minutes later, Camperdown drew level. Wayne Henry scored to send both teams into the break at 1-1.

In the second half, David Williams found the winner for KC when he headed home a corner kick in the 47th minute.

The Under-16 final was evenly contested in the first half, which ended 0-0. Four minutes after the restart, KC took the lead through Jhamal Pusey, who scored from inside the six-yard box. Pusey doubled the score in the 61st minute when he volleyed home from a corner.

Bridgeport's consolation goal came from Romario McPherson in the 77th minute.
