The West Indies selectors, headed by Courtney Browne, have opted to keep the starting 11, which defeated India in the fourth Royal Stag Cup one-day international match on Sunday, for the series-deciding fifth and final clash under way at Sabina Park in Kingston.
This means that rookie opener Kyle Hope as well as out-of-form batsman Roston Chase, have been both been handed the opportunity to prove their worth in the format after below-par showings so far.
Chase, playing in his eight one-dayer, has scored 33 not out, two and 24, while Hope, participating in his third game, has made 19 and 35.
Uncapped Windward Islands batsman Sunil Ambris is the other specialist batsman in the West Indies' 13-member squad. Fast bowler Miguel Cummins is the other reserve.
India, in the meantime, has also named an unchanged starting 11 with out-of-form premier batsman Yuvraj Singh being left out for the second game running.
The West Indies are hoping to win and square the series at 2-2, while India are hoping to maintain their advantage, and claim their first series win since their dramatic defeat to Pakistan in the final of the ICC Champions Trophy last month.
