#GlnrChamps | Edwin Allen's Kevona Davis toast of Champs Day 4
Edwin Allen High School's Kevona Davis was the talk of the evening after breaking the Class 2 Girls 100m record twice in a matter of hours at the ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls Athletics Championships at the National Stadium earlier tonight.
Davis first replaced the previous record of 11.40 by set St Jago's Kimone Shaw in 2016, when she clocked 11.35 in the semi-final, then came back in the final to lower it even farther to 11.16 seconds, for the win. Hydel High School's Ray-donna Lee clocked 11.58 for second with St Catherine High's Julien Alfred taking the bronze with 11.62 seconds.
Davis teammate Kasheika Cameron took the Class 1 title with a time of 11.29 seconds, ahead of Holmwood Technical's Michae Harriott who finished in 11.44 seconds and Ockera Myrie of Petersfield High, just behind in 11.45.
Edwin Allen had a quinella in Class 3 as the duo of Tia Clayton and Serena Cole finished first and second respectively with times of 11.56 and 11.70 seconds. Third went to St Jago's Brianna Lyston who clocked 11.71.
Hydel's Alana Reid was the winner in Class 4 with a time of 11.97 seconds, ahead of Jago's Quaycian Davis, second in 12.31 and Manchester High's Shanise Ellis, third in 12.33 seconds.
