Jamaica's Under-20 footballers registered their biggest win at the 2018 CONCACAF Championships in Florida yesterday but it was not enough to keep them in the competition.
The young Reggae Boyz ended the championships unbeaten in Group B but finished behind Mexico on goal difference. Mexico who defeated Aruba 10-0 yesterday topped the group with a plus 29 goal difference while Jamaica had a plus 21. Both teams ended with 13 points but only the group winners will advance to the next round.
Nicque Daley scored a four-timer in yesterday's victory while Leonardo Jebbison and Tyreek Magee got two each for the young Reggae Boyz. The other scorers were Ricardo McIntosh, Maliek Howell and Jamoi Topey.
