Penn Relays | Pinnock retains long jump title

PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania:
Kingston College standout Wayne Pinnock secured back-to-back win in the High School Boys Championships of America long jump event at the Penn Relays, after leaping to a winning distance of 7.87m.
The effort was just one centimetre outside of his record mark of 7.88m, which was done last year.
Calabar's Jordan Turner, 7.59m, finished second, while Pinnock's team-mate, Shaquille Lowe ended third with 7.42m.
Jamaica College's Apollo Edwards had a second place finish in the triple jump, after his 15.59m effort. Luke Brown of Calabar finished third with 15.48m.
